Popular FTP software are FileZilla, WinSCP, Cyberduck, and more. In this method, we directly upload the theme file to the Wp-content folder.
Usually, theme files come in .Zip format and you need to unpack those files using software like WinRAR, and if you don’t have one download it now. Then unzip the downloaded theme pack or your custom theme by right-clicking on .zip folder of the theme and select unzip or extract.
Now, login to your FTP manager and locate to wp-content/themes. Just upload the theme folder onto the server. This will simply upload your theme to the server and it is up to you to preview and activate the theme.
